My second coloring book is inspired by my childhood fantasies of being tiny while walking what appears to be a gigantic garden. The idea for the coloring book got started in my first coloring book, Flower Nook. I decided to take the illustrations further and explore what it really would feel like living in a garden where the smallest flowers are the size of beach balls and leaves can be turned into trampolines.
Each of the hand-drawn illustrations is printed on one side of the page so markers won’t bleed onto another design. Whether you are an experienced colorist or a beginner, the forty-six illustrations in Adventures in the Garden are all a little girl will need to feel transported to a new place.
This book is ideal for 7-10-year-old girls but I don’t see why girls of any age can’t enjoy it too.
